| 1. Click the Evidence screen from the Client Information folder on the Site Plan if your case involves an auto accident and you need to request a police report. View screen shot. |
| 2. Ensure that the desired client is showing in the Client Header screen. |
3. Click the down arrow next to the Police Report field and select the desired police station. If the desired police station is not listed in the drop-down list, it can be added to the Police Station Master. View screen shot. |
| 4. The dollar figure in parenthesis is the cost of the police report for that station. View screen shot. |
| 5. You will get a tickler to send the POLRPT letter to request the police report, or you can generate the document from the Send a Document screen in the Client Information folder. If the document is generated through the Daily Tickler, ePITS will enter the date the document is generated in the Date Requested field and set a follow up tickler. View screen shot. |
| 6. Click the Received box when you have received the report. View screen shot. |
| 7. Repeat these steps to obtain additional police reports. |
