STEPS:

1. To view the Client Log, select the Client screen from the Client Information folder on the Site Plan.  View screen shot.
2. Ensure that the desired client is showing in the Client Header screen and click the Log tab.  View screen shot.

3.  Log entries record key highlights and events as the case passes through its various stages.  Automatic entries appear when a case enters a new phase or when documents are sent.  View screen shot.

4.  After sending a document, you are prompted as to whether a log entry should be made.  Answering Yes to this prompt and saving the entry, records the entry in the Client Activity Log report as well as the individual Client Log.   View screen shot.
5.  Because this tool is easily accessible while you are working on a case, you may wish to record other important notes, reminders or dates. 
6. Click the Add New button.  A log date with a blank text field appears.  View screen shot.
7.  The log date defaults to the current date but may be modified.  If a new date is entered, press the Save key on your keyboard to accept the new entry.  View screen shot.
8.  Enter the desired log record in the text field and check the bold box if this entry is to be highlighted on the Client Activity Log report.  View screen shot.
9.   Repeat the above steps to add additional log entries.
10.  Use the Previous and Next navigation buttons to move between the records.  View screen shot.
11.  To delete a log entry, place your cursor in the entry to be deleted and click the Delete button.  View screen shot.
