    This module provides an outline of the automatically updated reports contained in ePITS such as: Statute of Limitations, Client Activity Log, Questionable Insurance, Demand in Progress, Discovery, Depositions, Trial/ADR and Settled Cases Reports.

    This module explains how the ePITS system moves the case forward automatically from beginning to end on a predetermined timeline through the use of the Daily Tickler eliminating supervision of routine activities.




  4. Gathering Records
    This module outlines how the Automated Intelligence contained in ePITS gathers the medical records and lost wages documentation for you and tells you when you have received all the records needed to send the Settlement Demand.

    This module outlines how the Demand Wizard automatically assembles a Settlement Proposal without costly error by merging data already in the System with User input and selection of law from a pull down screen.




  6. Settlement Wizard
    This module explains how the Settlement Wizard automates the settlement process and eliminates costly errors that can be associated with the settlement process by merging data already in the System such as medical costs, client expenses, Subrogation/lien information, with User input to automatically assemble a settlement document.
